I Gede Adijaya or often called De Bean is a bartender, started his career in 2012. His development continued from year to year until he became Food & Beverage Manager in 2019. He has achieved a multitude of achievements as a bartender and has even represented Indonesia in international events in Phuket, Thailand (ABA World The Master Bartending Championship 2018) and in Singapore (Barstyle Asian Cocktail Competition 2019).
When Covid hit, he was moved to become an entrepreneur and the business he chose was alcohol. His initial goal was just to survived, but he became focused because what he presented was really liked by many people. Since then the HOLY TIRTHA was born. He got this name while praying at the Dalem Ped temple and now became the only Balinese drink that has an authentic tasted and aroma.
Holy TirthaTM is a Bali’s traditional beverage made from secret local ingredients. The Traditional distillation of coconut sap developed with modern classic concept by using local spices and flowers made new experience moment to relish it.
